Cancellations

In the event of a request for 'cancellation' immediately after purchase (this means before our team commences any design/print), refunds may be granted with a $2.00 deduction from the refund amount. This is simply to cover fees involved in the purchase & refund transactions.

Once design/print has commenced, or 'Instant-PDF' files have been purchased, a request for refund will not be accepted as result of 'change of mind'. It is the buyer responsibility to understand the product they are purchasing. Please carefully read our listing descriptions & store policies before purchasing from our store.

However, with adequate evidence of purchase such as a receipt, you may request a refund if an item has a 'major problem', I.e. the item is damaged, the wrong item was delivered or arrived not as described.

If there is a problem with the product, and it is 'not major' (as described above) and not a 'change of mind', please contact us to discuss your options. I.e. If you approved a design that included a spelling error and require a re-print.

A note on photograph printing

Because of the modern & common use of Mobile Camera Phones, if your design includes a photograph (i.e. the 'Instant Photo' designs) we will use the image you provide us whether or not we 'personally' deem it to be high or low resolution, high clarity or slightly blurred. Before purchasing our product or sending your photo to us, you can make this judgement by viewing the image at 100% zoom on your screen to see if it is good quality.

Also, note that the colour & texture of a photograph will be altered slightly in the print process. For 'Linen Textured' cardstock printing, the image will have a subtle texture visible throughout the image. 

Refunds

  • The product has been falsely advertised
  • Functionally, it does not do what it said it would

We are almost always able to work something out, we understand that mistakes happen, so please if something has happened that needs to be rectified, please don’t hesitate to be in touch!

In summary, in order to cover our costs as a 'small business', once design/printing has commenced, requests for refunds will not be accepted on 'change of mind' as a result of overlooking our clearly defined product descriptions, processes and store policies.
