The wording featured on all of our designs is fully customisable. Upon checkout you will receive instructions on how to submit your custom details and wording.

- Colours can be replaced for an additional $25AUD.

If you would prefer to arrange your own printing you can order the 'PDF Digital Download' option, in which 3 revisions are included and you will receive a 'Print Ready PDF' with optional bleed marks OR an 'A4 PDF' with multiples of your design per page. To deduct the cost of delivery on 'PDF Digital Download' orders, use the coupon code 'PDFONLY' at checkout.

1. Placing Your Order:
Using our current listing and the corresponding dropdown options (Order Quantity & Paper Type), follow the prompts to place your order using Etsy's secure checkout.

2. Submitting Your Custom Details:
Once payment has been processed, it's time to submit your details!
For Weddings, your payment receipt will include an online form for you to fill out the details of your day. For other designs, i.e. Thank You Cards, Baby Announcements etc, please kindly message us your custom wording and any photographs to be included in the design. Once details are submitted our team will begin design and send you a link to your initial digital proof within 72hrs (3 business days).

3. Design Revisions & 'Approval':
Your purchase includes 3 revisions to the initial proof (Excessive revisions may incur added cost). Allowing up to an additional 48hrs (2 business days) per revision. Once the design is finalised and 'approved' by you (the buyer) via Etsy conversation our team will then send your files to print. Please note; your final proof may include trim marks in the corners, these are guides for our printers and will not appear in your final printed designs.

4. Printing:
For a 'typical' paper stock ('Recycled' and 'Linen') allow 2-4 business days for printing. For a 'non-typical' paper stock ('Buffalo Board') allow 2-7 business days for printing.
